Did you all read your newsletter? All fabrics are 50% off at the fabric barn. I got these patchwork fabrics today. Most of them are going to be used in 'Roll Roll Cotton Boll'. It's a mystery quilt by Bonnie Hunter of Quiltville. She has released the first 3 clues already, so I'm behind but I don't want to start until after our Christmas Meeting at Club.
I also thought because it's all fabrics 50% off I might even make new curtains for my Lounge as I hate the old fashioned things I have. Number 2 Son wants blackout lining on his curtains, (like he doesn't sleep in enough already!) but I did promise when they had a big sale I would do this. So I will have go back for more. When you go don't forget to say hi to Leonie.
I see you plan on having your own colour way for Cotton Roll, I will watch out to see how it looks.I am downloading the parts as Bonnie releases them, but not sure I want to do her colour ways.
ReplyDeleteNo using her colour way. The cream/neutrals and the dark brown are for Roll Roll Cotton Boll, the others are xmas fabric, plus one I just liked!
