Show n Tell September 2018

Rita Wrend, Feltmaker, was the guest speaker at the September Meeting.
Rita has been felting for several years after learning to felt from a Russian master felt maker. 

Since 2016 Rita has participated in and won awards in several National Alpaca Expos and Creative Fibre National Festival.

Show n Tell November 2017

There were more on display than this, but I arrived too late to take photos before the meeting started, and then got caught up talking at the end of the meeting! So here are the few that were still hanging (most had gone home with their owners)

Show n Tell June 207

Wow, it's already July, so I thought I better post the June Show n Tell. Not everything is here. Sometimes people don't want their items on the blog and sometimes the photos don't come out etc. So sorry if your creation has been missed.

Shelia Ujdur made these lovely native bird wallhangings as gifts.
There was another but I spared you the blurry photo!

March Show n Tell 2017

Gosh March is nearly over! I have had a busy month with different events and guest staying so have only got around to posting this now.

Here are some of the quilts, and items that were on show at the last club meeting.

Easter Roses made by members of Marsden Material Girls. This quilt is first prize in their raffle to raise funds for the Festival of Fibre held Easter Saturday at Coronation Hall Waipu. The quilt is on display at Bernina Northland & they have tickets for sale.

Show n Tell September 2016

Here are some of the quilts etc that were on display last Saturday at Club.
