Well the show is over. It was a great weekend, with a lot of non-quilters visiting the show, as well as quilters too. We gave out lots of Club information sheets to people keen to come along to our meetings so hopefully we will see them again soon.
This Exhibition celebrated our 25th year as a club, so Celebration was the theme of the Challenge.
All entries also had to have 25 of something on them. Here are the winners of the different sections.
You can click on the photos to enlarge them if you want to see more detail.
1st place Gold Section (previous place winners of Silver Section, move up to Gold)
"How do I say Celebration in..." By Shelia Ujdur
I thought this entry was very clever, with the word Celebration in twenty five different languages carefully written all over.

Beautiful machine work from Sonya as always.
1st Place Silver Section

This was my favourite of all the Challenges, it's so fun.

Great use of beads and sequins for the fireworks and bubbles.

Beautiful freemotion quilting from Mathea.
