AKA….
One of these things is not like the others,
One of these things just doesn’t belong,
One of these things needs Re-Sewing!
(just be grateful you can't hear my singing!)
Can you see the offending block! Below is the block all by itself, I don’t know how it happened but It will need to be re-sewn.
I did think about leaving it like a 'Persian Carpet' or Amish deliberate mistake but nahhhhh, I’ll be re-sewing it.
The last few days I have been production line sewing the clue I had missed (Part 5).
So most of the clues are done now.
Here’s some of the component's, and below are how they fit together.
You can check out Bonnie’s blog there is another Link Up and quite a lot of bloggers have the whole top together all ready. (My Link Up is number 69)
Just saw an email from Donna F (from my local club WP&Q) and she has started this quilt, so I’ll be looking forward to seeing her version at quilt club too.
I did one of those special blocks too. Also I ripped it apart and fixed it. Your blocks are looking good.
ReplyDeleteBut the odd block looks so interesting... gosh, the quilt is going to look wonderful. Is it really from scraps???
ReplyDeleteLooking great Leeann! You could put the naughty block on the back of the quilt, or part of the label.
ReplyDeleteMine is now officially in the headache box! Onward and upward I say!
Wow, I like the fabrics you used in this one...Just enough "sparkle" but not so much it distracts from the overall pattern! Super job!
ReplyDeleteWow..this is looking stunning, Leeann!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pain about the odd block :0(
{*giggles* @ your S.S. song!}
I love how bright your reds and blues are! I think I may have to make this quilt one day. :-)
