Here's only a few photos from last weeks Show n Tell.
Unfortunately I managed to delete several photos off my camera before I had copied them to my computer!
NZ Native Clematis Woven Bag made by Pamela Danher at the Braided Ribbons Symposium earlier this year. The tutor was Jane Rixon.
Place Mat & Coaster (one of a set of ten) made by Marion Platt.
Kath Graham made this 'tape measure bag' (uses a metal tape measure as a snap fastener) recently in a class taken by Janet Greeks
Table Topper made by Marion Platt.
Auckland Scenes made by Pauline Schon.
Sorry to everyone whose photos I managed to delete. Since this post is so short here's a few interesting photos I took the next day at the Hikurangi Swamp, just north of Whangarei.
The Swamp recently flooded causing spiders to make a new home on the higher ground. It was a very impressive sight.
Yes those black dots are hundreds on little spiders.
Wow! I love your spider photos better than the ones I saw on the news websites. There's some nice show and tells too.
ReplyDeleteAwesome photos of the spiderwebs! Nice to see what the club members are up to.
ReplyDeleteGood to see photos of members work. Awesome seeing the photos of the spiders and I agree your photos are better than those in the public arena. Keep up the good work.
