I worked on and off over the holidays at Bernina Northland (more like having fun than working). But now everything is back to 'normal' if there is ever any such thing, and I'm back to work at school too.
So anyway here is some of the Show n Tell from the February Meeting. There was more but some of the photos didn't come out very good and I didn't get photos of everything either. Sorry if your item was missed out.
Made by Jane Robinson for her 9th grandchild. |
Made by Helen Barnes, she won the fabrics in a fabric poker game, including the fabric for the back (some of which were millennium fabrics!)
Japanese Blossom Time made by Shirley Juilan
Made using several different 'Quilt As You Go' techniques so she could learn them all, by Gaylyn Barclay.
Picasso Vase made by Ros Baker made in Mary Transom's class at Symposium.
Made by Maureen Gray from blocks she won last year. Quilted by her daughter Raewyn.
Baby quilt made by Sonya Prchal for her first grandchild that's arriving soon.
Beautiful covered journals made by Shirley Julian
This is one of the great bags Dawn Dahlberg made for her grand daughters. Each small zippered bag has clear see-through plastic window, and is velcroed onto the base . The whole lot rolls up and clips together too ( I forgot to get a photo of that).
Now these next few items I can't remember who's are who's! I usually take a photo of the items labels but as we were in the Pipe Band Hall and the show and tell wasn't hung up I couldn't do that.
If your item is below, comment or email me and I will update with names.
