Show n Tell November 2016
Finally here is the Show n Tell from November. This time of year is a busy one, so I have been a bit slack about posting here. Sorry.
The Club Christmas Meeting is on this Saturday (10th Dec) at the Pipe Band Hall,
9 Rawhiti St, Morningside, Whangarei. Usual time of 12.30 noon onwards.
I won't be at the meeting as I have other commitments, so unless someone else sends me some photos there will be no Show n Tell from this meeting.
I think this one was made By Shelia Udjur from a pattern in NZ Quilter magazine by Jenny Hunter.
If I'm wrong about it belonging Shelia please let me know.
This Mug Bag was made by Alison McRae using scraps and quilt as you go techniques.
Love that button Alison.
Thread painted pet portrait by Lyn Madden made in class with Sonya Prchal.
Square Dance in Limes and Raspberries made by Kim Cairns, quilted by Wendy McGee.
Made by Helen Barron for her 18 year old nephew.
These two Jelly Roll quilts (above and below) were made by Lynne Wilson.
I really like the cat silhouettes on the quilt below.
Another quilt made for Starship (National Children's Hospital) by Yvonne Davies.
Disappearing 4 Patch made by Fiona Carter for one of her Grand Daughters. Quilted by Wendy McGee.
Seaside Seahorses made for a Grand Niece by Rikki Going.
Lynne Topia made this quilt to showcase the rose fabric. Made from a pattern in Quilt Mania Magazine.
Quilt made by Shirley Julian for her Grandson.
Dolls made by Chris Cook.
I will be taking a break from blogging over the Holidays, so thanks for reading over the last year, see you back here in 2017
