Show n Tell April 2015

Well it's nearly May, so I thought I better post the April Show n Tell!
It was our first meeting at the new venue, so things were a bit crowded, and I managed to miss taking photos of several things. Sorry about that but here's the items I did photograph.

Dawn Dahlberg made these lovely dolls for her twin Grand Daughters.

Jane Robinson made this quilt using a pattern by Jacqui Karl,
which she then added more blocks to make a larger quilt.

Maureen Gray started this bag before she broke her arm,
and finished it after the plaster came off. Glad your arm is better now Maureen.

Hexagonal table mat and 'Dunny' embroidery made by Ann Field

Table runners, Shasiko (brown) made by Pauline Schon, started in a class on Norfolk Island.
And the blue one made by Gaylyn Barclay in a class with Diane Fussell.

Made by Dawn Dahlberg for her youngest Grand Daughter. Pattern from the Apple Basket.

Crazy quilt made by Chris Cook following a class at The Country Yard.
She has included her Mothers embroideries and Grand Mothers tatting.

New Venue and Shown n Tell from March 2015

Due to the Maunu School Hall under going major repair work, the Quilt Club will be meeting for the next few months at the Northland Vintage Car Club Rooms at Heritage Park (see map below)
Heritage Park is on SH 14 opposite Austin Rd, so just across the road from the school really, not too hard to find.

I’ve just realised that I forgot to post the Show n Tell from March so here it is, better late than never!
