Show n Tell November 2017

There were more on display than this, but I arrived too late to take photos before the meeting started, and then got caught up talking at the end of the meeting! So here are the few that were still hanging (most had gone home with their owners)

Clubs Mini Symposium July 2017

Last month we had a mini Symposium at the Quilt Club. It was a day full of demo's by some club members, and yummy soup for lunch made by committee members.
Here are some photos from the day.

There were many more demo's (these are just the ones I got photos of).
The day was a success with everyone learning something new.

I won't be at the August meeting, (I'm going to Paihia for the jazz Festival that weekend) so there will be no August Show n Tell on the blog sorry.

To finish, here is Oscar guarding my knitting for me.

Show n Tell June 207

Wow, it's already July, so I thought I better post the June Show n Tell. Not everything is here. Sometimes people don't want their items on the blog and sometimes the photos don't come out etc. So sorry if your creation has been missed.

Shelia Ujdur made these lovely native bird wallhangings as gifts.
There was another but I spared you the blurry photo!

Pam Carr made this lovely stitchery quilt. It was a Block of the Month from the Country Yard.
